Yes, all of our watches are 100% authentic.  We source only from verified distributors and inspect every item before it ships.

 

Do you have a physical store? 

No, we operate entirely online. This better allows us to provide lower prices and higher customer service. 

 

Shipping Questions

Where do you ship from? 

All orders are shipped from our U.S. based fulfillment center.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days depending on where you are located.

 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is free for all orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping is available at the customer's request for an additional cost. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

 

Returns Questions

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in all original packaging, unused condition, and include the receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a refund.

 

How will I receive my refund? 

Once your refund has been approved you will receive a confirmation email, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
