Warranty Policy

Product Warranty

When you purchase a watch from Bezelume, your warranty is automatically registered. Some manufacturer warranties may still require manual registration.

Bezelume will provide service for every watch sold on our website for 1 year from the date of purchase. Watches showing signs of abnormal timekeeping—such as gaining time, losing time, or not keeping accurate time—will be serviced under our warranty program. Please note: our warranty does not cover any form of external damage to the watch.

What’s Covered:

This warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Watch movement issues

What’s Not Covered:

The Bezelume warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Water or moisture exposure

  • Wear and tear to the watch case, crystal/glass, bracelet/band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch

  • Service or repairs performed by anyone other than Bezelume (this voids the warranty)

  • Excessive wear and tear or use under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Additional Exclusions:

  • External wear-and-tear from normal daily use

  • Defects caused by impact, improper use, or dropping/banging the watch

  • Missing or loose stones/gems on the exterior of the watch or watch face

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties

  • Any water damage (including for water-resistant watches with screw-down crowns if the crown is not fully secured).

For water-resistant watches with a screw-down crown, it is essential that the crown remains properly screwed down at all times to prevent water from entering the casing. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Bezelume or by any manufacturer.
