Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must include the original box, documentation, and any accessories received (e.g. extra straps).

Important Return Conditions:

  • Watches must be free of wear and returned in original condition.

  • We do not accept returns for watches that show signs of wear, have had straps/bracelets removed, altered, or resized.

  • Do not remove plastic coverings, tags, or stickers unless you intend to keep the product.

  • Returns must be packaged with bubble wrap or other protective materials.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • We will not accept returns for:

    • Items not in original condition

    • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error

    • Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time for the refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact contact@bezelume.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the return value.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver:

  • The refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.


Shipping Returns

Before returning your item, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return Instructions:

  1. Place the original package into a shipping carton.

  2. Include your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return. If defective, please describe the issue.

  3. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping carton.

  5. Use insured, trackable shipping (e.g., UPS). We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  6. Include all original item packaging and paperwork.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If your return is eligible for a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted.

For items over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
